The following terms refer to you, the customer;
You, your, yourself, the subscriber, the
customer, the client.
By visiting any site operated, and maintained by us, you state that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms of service.
All services provided by Ponbus Hosting may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage
or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States federal, state or city law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or
material protected by trade secret or another statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold Ponbus harmless from any claims resulting from the use of service which damages the subscriber or any other party.
Prohibited are sites
that promote and illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to Ponbus Hosting's servers, or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.
Any changes in price will be notified with a minimum of 30 days prior to the changes being applied.
If a service experiences unexpected downtime within the first 24 hours, the client can request a full refund.
In the case of a forced cancellation, Ponbus Hosting provides a full refund of your active service. Covering only the remaining
days of a billing cycle.
If your service is found guilty of any copyright infringements, trademark infringements or otherwise breaking the American law. The service will be suspended,
and if the infringement is not corrected a forced cancellation will be carried out with no refund.
In all other cases, Ponbus Hosting may not offer refunds. This includes early cancellations, credit added to your Ponbus Hosting account
and downgrades made to existing services.
The customer is solely responsible for keeping up with payments on any service. Ponbus Hosting is not to be held responsible for any loss of data caused by failing to complete renewal payments.

Credit card payments will automatically renew your service(s) until a cancellation request is filled, and any payments made for a service during its automatic renewal

Paypal subscription payments will automatically renew your service(s) until a cancellation request is filled, and
you have canceled the subscription under your account on PayPal, and payments made for a service during its automatic renewal is final, and standard refund policy apply. Read more about refunds under "Refund Policy".
Only Game servers are covered with 48 hour money back policy.
This only applies to new orders and does not apply if you, the client, did not create a cancellation in time.
To use this option, you need to open a support ticket
and write the reason you wish to cancel and receive a refund.
VPS & Dedicated servers not included.
You the client is responsible for creating a cancellation request for your service(s), failing to create a request will result in new invoices being generated and any automatic payments will be carried out. Any payments made before a cancellation
request is filled, are final and standard refund policy apply. Read more about refunds under "Refund Policy".
Our automatic billing system will generate invoices 14 days before they're due for payment.
After this period, if an invoice is left unpaid. The associated service will be suspended for 7 days, after which it will be automatically terminated and all files, associated services, addons etc. will be removed.
All service addons
include, but are not limited to Dedicated IP addresses, subdomains, separate service upgrades or hostnames. Will be terminated once the service they are attached to is terminated or canceled, this will happen without any notification to
the client.
Ponbus is not to be held responsible for any emails landing in your spam/junk folder sent by us. Some emails may contain vital information, so we recommend that you check your spam/junk folder once every week to make sure you did not miss out on any important information.
Ponbus Hosting thrives to deliver services as fast as possible, this however is not always possible. From the moment the payment is confirmed, Ponbus Hosting has 24 hours to deliver the service. If the service is not delivered before this period, a full refund can be requested.
Ponbus is not to be held responsible for any data loss following a physical machine fault, modifications, or corrupt backups. Ponbus Hosting does not backup and services besides 'Discord Bot Hosting'. We strongly recommend that you as the client, take a backup at least once a week so you always have a backup in the case of any faults to the system.
Ponbus Hosting reserves the right to change all its policies at any time without notifying any of its clients.
Ponbus Hosting does not guarantee 100% uptime on any of our services, we do however try and get it as close to it as possible.
Some services are known to have what is in the computer industry called a "crash". This is when a service
or application fails to respond within a timeframe. Some services like Game servers is known to have this issue more often than others, usually because of the user uploaded content like addons, scripts etc. We as a company are not to be
held responsible if your service is down to potential problems caused by the user, or if the developers of the game server files fails to provide a stable release. We also strongly recommend not using alpha or beta versions of game software
as this can make your server unstable.
Ponbus is not to be held responsible for any server-side lag or downtime caused by modifications made by the user; this includes but is not limited to mods, plugins, addons or any type of modifications
made by the user. Ponbus Hosting is not to be held responsible if the service becomes irreparable because of such modifications, we strongly recommend all users to take frequent backups of their service to minimize the risk of server faults
caused by bad modifications, read move under "Data Loss and Protection".
Ponbus reserves the right to have our physical servers down for scheduled maintenance 6 hours a month. All maintenance is
announced 7 days before, however in some cases this may not be possible to ensure a working environment. No refund are offered because of scheduled downtime.
Ponbus Hosting is not responsible for customizing a service, Ponbus Hosting is only responsible for the base service to be operational. A client should know the difficulties associated with modifying a game server, before using this service.
Our support will provide help and guidance where capable.
Failing to customize a service is not a valid reason for a refund as the service remained operational during the process. A support member will help undo any customizations
done to a server, if the client so desires. It is up to the individual support representative if he/she decides to help with customizing a service. If a client wants help customizing a service a custom quote can be given, if our support
staff fails to provide the modifications a full refund will be given for the quote.
Ponbus Hosting reserves the right to cancel any service, should a service at any point in time have a negative effect on our infrastructure's performance, make a server box unavailable or unstable. Please see our "Refund Policy" for more information about refunds during forced cancellations.
Chargebacks and disputes will result in full account termination, and removal of any services. See more under "Services Cancellation & Termination".
NOTICE: IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS FOUND TO CONTAIN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY, PIRATED SOFTWARE, HACKER PROGRAMS, WAREZ PROGRAMS, OR ANY OTHER ILLEGAL FILES, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY, WITHOUT NOTICE, AND A $125.00 USD CANCELLATION FEE WILL
APPLY. ADDITIONALLY, Ponbus WILL NOTIFY THE PROPER AUTHORITIES OF YOUR ACTIONS.
Any kind of network stress testing is strictly prohibited. If you are found to be a source of any cyber attack or unsolicited stress testing your account will be closed and your services to be immediately canceled.
Any attempt to undermine or cause hard to a server or customer of Ponbus Hosting is strictly prohibited. As our customer, you are responsible for all your accounts. Should you violate the Terms of Service outlined within, your account will be canceled without the chance of refund.
Services and products provided by Ponbus Hosting may be resold by the customer. The customer shall be held liable for any incompliance with our Terms of Service. The parties who are being resold our services must be informed of our Terms of Service. We shall only provide support to the account holder. Likewise, any potential disputes shall be discussed only with the account holder. In the case a customer refers another customer to us, the referring client may receive a percentage-based, one-time monetary commission. Ponbus Hosting holds no responsibility for accuracy of such affiliate programs. We reserve the right to change referral bonus percentages at any time and without any notice. All withdrawn affiliate credits shall be credited to the customer's credit balance.
Violations of these Acceptable Use Policies should be reported to business@ponbus.com. All complaints will be investigated promptly. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.
By signing up for an account with Ponbus Hosting you certify that you have fulfilled at least 13 years of age. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate, complete account deletion. Such account deletion removes any kind of data that you have input on our services. Upon account removal, all services shall be canceled without prior notice.
Ponbus cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicated estimate of profits which a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Certain services provided by Ponbus
are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software, and programming used by Ponbus are not directly owned or written by Ponbus. Moreover, Ponbus holds no responsibility for the use of our clients' accounts. Failure to comply with any
terms or conditions will result in the automatic deactivation of the account in question. We reserve the right to remove any account, without advance notice for any reason without restitution, as Ponbus sees fit.
If you sign up for an account and fail to comply with these terms, no refunds will be given. We will, however, advise you by e-mail or phone before taking any action to provide you with an opportunity to correct the problem.

reserves the right to amend any or all of the above policies, guidelines, and disclaimers without notification. We also retain the right to increase any pricing and make changes to our account plans without notification. This also applies
